Awesome Mashup: Lil Wayne Visits Lazytown. Lazytown is Never the Same.
Found on College Humor.
Most of the time, to us anyway, mashup means grabbing some lame track and putting it together with some other lame acapella. Looks, it's David and David. Dave Matthew mashed up with David Lee Roth.
But I digress. This particular mashup rules. Particularly because the worlds represented couldn't be further apart. On one hand you've got, Danish kids show. And on the other, Lil Wayne. (Of course, Lil Wayne is probably far away from a lot of things.)
Full disclosure: I've watched more episodes of Lazytown than anyone who writes for or views this blog. It's helped make the person I am today. A lazy, out of shape blogger. And while Lazytown is pretty educational, I think it's actually baking that you have to do by the book. Cooking actually allows a little more room for error.

Awesome Smart Person: Malcolm Gladwell Talks Up His New Book.
10,000 hours. According to research, that's how long it takes to achieve mastery in a field says Malcolm. Which means we've got about 9,998 hours to go here at this blog to achieve some sort of competence.
Malcolm's book is Outliers. He also wrote Blink and the Tipping Point. Which I plan to read at some point or at least put on a shelf at my house so I look more intelligent.
